Internship and work opportunities for students at leading businesses

On July 15, in Hanoi, a cooperation agreement (MOU) was signed between BTEC FPT British College and 25 businesses and organizations, creating a foundation for BTEC FPT students to have more good opportunities in internships and work at leading businesses.

BTEC FPT was established on the basis of the association between FPTEducation (represented by FPT Polytechnic College) and Pearson Education - UK.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Vu Chi Thanh, Principal of FPT Polytechnic College said: “Partner enterprises always play an important role in our ecosystem. Thank you to the enterprises for cooperating and sharing development opportunities, creating a future for FPT Polytechnic students in general, and BTECFPT students in particular. On the other hand, I believe that FPT Polytechnic and BTEC FPT students after graduation, entering the labor market, even during their student life, can contribute to the development of enterprises”.

The signing ceremony is an important milestone in the cooperation between enterprises and schools, aiming to consolidate and strengthen the relationship and build trust between the parties. In which, BTEC FPT is the core - has constantly sought and established cooperative relationships with prestigious domestic and international multi-sector enterprises to bring practical learning and internship opportunities to students and provide high-quality human resources for the economy .

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang - Vice President, General Secretary of Vietnam Software and IT Services Association - VINASA, an organization with 600 member enterprises and 120,000 employees nationwide, shared that VINASA clearly sees the importance of human resources for enterprises, therefore, the organization pays great attention to activities connecting with enterprises, helping schools - students and enterprises get closer together.

"We will actively support the school in internships, share recruitment needs, support students with knowledge and information in networking seminars, job fairs, and promote startup activities," Ms. Giang pledged.

Actively cooperating with businesses in training and recruitment after training, BTEC FPT British College and FPT Polytechnic have been striving to bring students the newest and most intuitive knowledge and prepare them to become high-quality human resources - meeting the "strict" standards of the market.
