Real estate stocks break out, VN-Index approaches 1,340 point mark

NDO - In the trading session on May 27, the main index fluctuated at the beginning of the session, but recovered with cash flow continuing to operate actively. At the end of the session, high demand in real estate and banking stocks helped consolidate the increase. At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 7.3 points to 1,339.81 points.

In this session, stocks: HVN, VHM, BID, FPT , GVR, CTG, TCB, GMD, GAS, GEE had the most positive impact on the VN-Index with an increase of more than 5.42 points. On the contrary, stocks: VPL, VCB, LPB, VNM, SSB, VRE, VPB, MBB, MWG, IMP were sold heavily and took away more than 1.12 points from the VN-Index.

On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session increased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching more than VND 23,592.72 billion.

Foreign investors net sold approximately VND1,106 billion on the HoSE. On the buying side, FPT shares were bought the most with a value of more than VND127 billion, followed by GMD (VND105 billion), CTD (VND44 billion), KBC (VND42 billion)... On the contrary, HPG was sold the most (VND157 billion), followed by VIX (VND144 billion), VIC (VND136 billion), VCB (VND100 billion)...

Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 14 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.

Of which, VIB increased by 2.19% to VND18,650/share, BVH increased by 2.15%, GVR increased by 1.91%, SHB increased by 1.47%, FPT increased by 1.45%, BID increased by 1.26%, GAS increased by 1.11%, VHM increased by 1.09%.

Codes: CTG, MSN, PLX, SSI, TCB, VJC increased slightly.

Five codes stopped at reference, including: HDB, HPG, SAB, TPB, VIC.

On the contrary, SSB decreased by 1.07%, ACB , BCM, LPB, MBB, MWG, STB, VCB, VNM, VPB, VRE decreased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, steel stocks closed in the green, with TLH up 2.89%, NKG up 1.95%, DTL, HMC up slightly, HPG, HSG, SMC stopping at the reference. On the contrary, VCA decreased slightly.

The group of securities stocks closed the session up 0.77%. Of which, VND increased by 2.86% to 16,200 VND/share, ORS increased by 1.98%, FTS increased by 1.95%, VDS increased by 1.36%, CTS increased by 1.29%, AGR, BSI, HCM, SSI, TCI, TVB, VIX increased slightly, DSC, DSE, TVS, VCI stopped at the reference price. On the contrary, APG decreased by 4.82% to 11,850 VND/share.

Banking stocks also increased by 0.36%. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: EIB, MSB, OCB increased slightly, NAB decreased slightly.

Real estate stocks traded quite positively with green almost covering the whole market, up 0.91%. In particular, the codes broke out and increased strongly such as: DIG, TLD hit the ceiling, DXG increased by 2.01%, DXS increased by 3.04%, HDC increased by 4.29%, HDG increased by 2.67%, HPX increased by 3.13%, HTN increased by 4%, KDH increased by 3.27%, KHG increased by 3.31%, NLG increased by 3.94%, NTL increased by 6.62%, NVT increased by 2.96%, PDR increased by 6.67%, QCG increased by 3.4%, SGR increased by 5.1%, VPI increased by 4.44%. On the other hand, VSI decreased by 4.28%, TEG decreased by 3.88%...

Other stock sectors such as: consumer goods and decoration increased by 2.38%, transportation increased by 1.75%, software increased by 1.47%, insurance increased by 1.14%, production materials increased by 1%, raw materials, distribution and retail of durable goods, food, beverages and tobacco, utilities, telecommunications, and energy increased slightly.

On the other hand, hardware decreased by 3.13%, consumer services decreased by 2.92%, and entertainment and media decreased by 2.28%.

* The Vietnamese stock market index maintained its upward momentum almost throughout the session today, with the VNXALL-Index closing up 14.83 points (+0.68%) to 2,200.59 points. Market liquidity was high, with a trading volume of 1.166 billion units, equivalent to a trading value of VND25,918.46 billion. In the whole market, there were 267 stocks increasing in price, 84 stocks remaining unchanged, and 114 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 221.79 points, up 2.38 points (+1.08%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 122.58 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND 1,798,492 billion. The entire floor had 95 stocks increasing, 57 stocks remaining unchanged and 70 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed up 8.24 points (+1.87%) to 447.77 points. Trading volume reached over 74.62 million units, with a corresponding value of over VND1,327,138 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 19 stocks increasing, 2 stocks remaining unchanged and 9 stocks decreasing.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 98.21 points, up 1.48 points (+1.53%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 69.20 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 761.44 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 193 stocks increasing, 87 stocks remaining unchanged and 86 stocks decreasing.

* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 7.3 points (+0.55%) at 1,339.81 points. Liquidity reached over 1.115 billion units, equivalent to a trading value of VND24,920.49 billion. The entire floor had 230 stocks increasing, 52 stocks remaining unchanged and 88 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 3.6 points (+0.25%) to 1,427.45 points. Liquidity reached more than 354.17 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND10,042.04 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 14 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 11 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume were SHB (over 104.81 million units), VIX (over 46.18 million units), VND (over 42.76 million units), DIG (over 32.23 million units), DXG (over 29.63 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were COM (7.00%), SAV (6.98%), HAH (6.97%), TCM (6.96%), TLD (6.93%).

The five stocks with the biggest price declines were CMV (-6.99%), VNE (-6.99%), HU1 (-6.98%), S4A (-6.94%), CLW (-6.92%).

* Today's derivatives market had 168,908 contracts traded, worth VND 23,870.47 billion.
