Advanced technologies such as AI, Blockchain, etc. will be increasingly applied in policy and solution development to support management agencies in monitoring, detecting copyright infringement, protecting and developing the national cultural industry.

This is one of the contents in the series of signings on November 3 between management agencies and cultural, sports and tourism enterprises taking place on the afternoon of November 3, within the framework of the 2025 Autumn Fair at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong.

Combating copyright infringement, building a healthy digital environment

A series of signings took place between many agencies and businesses in the fields of culture, sports and tourism, demonstrating the strong commitment of management agencies and businesses to building a healthy and sustainable digital environment.

These agreements and cooperation chains are for a number of common strategic goals to develop Vietnamese Digital Culture in a sustainable and transparent manner, through key tasks in the 2025 - 2027 period.

That is the goal of promoting Vietnamese culture and tourism on digital platforms: Building a multi-lingual, multi-platform communication channel system, promoting to potential markets.

Strengthen the presence and spillover effect of Vietnamese tourism domestically and internationally, realizing the National Tourism Marketing Strategy to 2030.

Another goal is to promote and advertise electronic sports (Esports): Apply digital media technology to widely promote Esports and coordinate participation/organization of major events (such as Audition becoming an official competition at SEA Games 33), develop Esports into a large-scale industry and enhance the position of Vietnamese Esports in the international arena.

The key objective of this series of collaborations is to support enhanced digital copyright management and enforcement.

Accordingly, advanced technologies (AI, Blockchain...) are increasingly applied in policy and solution development to support management agencies in monitoring and detecting copyright infringement, thereby establishing a transparent and effective rights management system in the digital space.

Protect and develop national cultural industry

The series of cooperation agreements also aims to promote sustainable and professional creativity by providing technical platforms and priority distribution infrastructure to support authors in producing and promoting their works; enhancing commercialization capabilities and increasing income for content creators.

Some specific agreements: The National Cinema Center signed agreements with several companies to develop and operate an online movie ticket booking platform and provide movie screening services for students and teachers.

Vietnam Copyright Protection Center and Eric CNC Joint Stock Company (Korea) signed an agreement to develop the technology infrastructure of Vietnam Copyright Protection Center, improving the efficiency of value-added services.

Or sign with International Information Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company to develop and operate a system for managing the use and collection of copyright fees in the music field through digital devices...

The signing units include the Copyright Office, the Vietnam Copyright Protection Center, the Digital Copyright Center DCC, the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Alliance Club DCCA, the Tourism Information Center, the Korean Cultural Center, the Vietnam Entertainment E-Sports Association VIRESA, the Association for the Protection of the Rights of Performing Music Artists (APPA), the Center for the Protection of the Rights of Performing Artists (under APPA), the National Cinema Center, and the Vietnam Drama Theater;
