Provincial Police pay tribute to generations of leaders on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Police (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025)

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security of Vietnam (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), on the afternoon of August 4, the Lao Cai Provincial Police delegation led by Major General Cao Minh Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police, visited and presented gifts to former Directors of the Lao Cai Provincial Police through the periods.

The delegation visited and presented gifts of gratitude to the comrades: Colonel Hoang Tuyen and Major General Dang Tran Chieu, former Director of Yen Bai Provincial Police (before the merger); Major General Hoang Minh Ngoc and Major General Hoang Ngoc Thanh, former Director of Lao Cai Provincial Police (before the merger).

Major General Cao Minh Huyen and the working delegation presented gifts of gratitude to Major General Dang Tran Chieu.

In a friendly, warm and comradely atmosphere, on behalf of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police, Major General Cao Minh Huyen kindly visited the health of the former leaders of the Provincial Police and their families; expressed deep gratitude for the contributions of the former leaders of the Provincial Police during the process of building and growing the Lao Cai Provincial Police force.

At the same time, the Director of the Provincial Police informed about the outstanding achievements that the Lao Cai Provincial Police force has achieved in the past time; expressed the hope that in the coming time, the former leaders of the Provincial Police will continue to monitor, encourage and contribute valuable experiences to build the Lao Cai Provincial Police force to be increasingly strong, excellently completing all tasks entrusted by the Party, State and People.
