Specifically, the working group consisting of two comrades: Major Hoang Duc Huy and Captain Tran Duc Canh, while on duty on National Highway 37 through Ria village, Cat Thinh commune, discovered a woman lying on the roadside in a state of fatigue and pain.

The comrades urgently helped Ms. Xe get on the special vehicle.

Through questioning, it was learned that her name was Xe, residing in Hung Khanh commune, Lao Cai province, and that her family was taking her by motorbike to the hospital for examination. Due to severe stomach pain, Xe could not continue to sit on the motorbike, so her family had to let her rest on the side of the road.

Faced with the emergency, Major Hoang Duc Huy and Captain Tran Duc Canh quickly put Ms. Xe in a specialized vehicle of the Commune Police, and coordinated with the ambulance to safely transfer her to the hospital.
