The “Zero-dong booth” model is implemented based on voluntary contributions from officers and soldiers of the Commune Police, organizations, individuals, and philanthropists. Items at the booth include rice, instant noodles, cooking oil, clothes, blankets, school supplies, books, and household items... which are listed, recorded, and publicly listed to ensure transparency.
The booth is permanently located at the Commune Police Headquarters and organizes a mobile booth periodically at least once a month or irregularly depending on the actual situation. People coming to receive the goods are guided in an orderly, thoughtful manner, ensuring civility, politeness and the right beneficiaries. The beneficiaries include: poor households, near-poor households, lonely elderly people, poor but studious students, policy beneficiaries and those in particularly difficult circumstances in the commune.
