At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoa, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel ( Government Inspectorate) announced the decisions on receiving, transferring and appointing leaders of departments, offices and units, including:
Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the fields of internal affairs, internal affairs, ethnicity and religion (Department V); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the fields of finance and banking (Department VI); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the fields of construction (Department VII); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the fields of agriculture and environment (Department VIII); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the fields of industry and trade (Department IX); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the fields of health and education (Department X); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the fields of culture, sports, tourism and diplomacy (Department XI); Department of Inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations in the fields of science and technology (Department XII); Department of Supervision and Appraisal (Department XIII); Department of Monitoring, urging and handling after inspection (Department IV); School of Inspectorate Cadres.
In addition, the Government Inspectorate also announced decisions on receiving, transferring, and appointing many Deputy Heads of units under the Departments, Divisions, and Inspectorate Cadre Schools under the Government Inspectorate.
On behalf of the Government Inspectorate leadership, Inspector General Doan Hong Phong congratulated the leaders of departments, divisions, and units; leaders of departments of departments, divisions, and units that were accepted, transferred, and appointed by the Inspector General according to the Resolution of the Party Committee Standing Committee.
Inspector General Doan Hong Phong said that recently, the leaders of the Government Inspectorate have coordinated with the leaders of 12 Ministries to direct functional units to advise on decisions to transfer work and receive inspectors of 12 Ministries to the Government Inspectorate.
The Standing Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee has directed the Department of Organization and Personnel to develop a plan to reorganize the apparatus and personnel of units under the Government Inspectorate according to the Project approved by the Politburo and the Secretariat.
In particular, it is highly agreed upon the general principles on personnel arrangement of units under the Government Inspectorate, specifically that personnel arrangement must comply with the policies, directions, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Prime Minister's Plan on the Project on the arrangement of the inspection agency system.
At the same time, it fully covers the functions, tasks and powers of units under the Government Inspectorate and the functions, tasks and powers of the Inspectorates of 12 Ministries transferred to the Government Inspectorate.
Inspector General Doan Hong Phong emphasized that this is the first time in the history of the Inspectorate that there has been a large-scale reorganization and reception of the Government Inspectorate's organizational structure.
According to the Government Inspector General, this is a big and sensitive matter related to human factors. The Standing Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee has reached a high consensus and unity, so the work of arranging and receiving cadres this time has created a new atmosphere and motivation for all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Government Inspectorate to immediately get to work with the determination to strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
On behalf of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Inspector General Doan Hong Phong requested that the leaders at the department, division, and office levels who were received, transferred, and appointed this time continue to promote solidarity, unity, professional capacity, and leadership and management skills to strive to excellently complete all tasks in their new positions.
At the same time, continue to practice, strive, cultivate ethics, qualities, improve leadership capacity to work with the leadership team and the new unit's Party Committee to lead and direct the excellent completion of assigned tasks, contributing to the construction and development of the Government Inspectorate and the Inspection sector.
Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the appointed officials, Mr. Hoang Hung, the new Director of Department VII, respectfully thanked the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Government Inspector General for entrusting the important tasks and responsibilities to the comrades who were transferred, received, and appointed to new positions.
At the same time, he expressed his dedication, his efforts, his constant learning and training, and his quick approach to new tasks; inheriting and promoting the valuable experiences of generations of leaders and the achievements of the Inspection sector; vowing to devote all his abilities and enthusiasm to the collective leadership, officers, and inspection civil servants, constantly strengthening solidarity and responsibility, and striving to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
