Announcing the construction planning of Khanh Son district to 2030

According to the approved plan, Khanh Son will develop into an eco -tourism area, with unique landscapes and culture, friendly to the environment. The urban development model will be built according to the forest ecological sub-region, creating urban areas with high density of trees and nature-friendly design. At the same time, green belts, rooftop garden designs and green infrastructure will also be formed to gradually turn Khanh Son into a unique destination of the province.

The planning forecasts that the district's population will reach about 48,000 people by 2030, 65,000 people by 2040 and 90,000 people by 2050. The district will be divided into 3 development sub-regions. Sub-region 1 focuses on tourism, urban and residential development, including To Hap town and 3 communes of Son Trung, Ba Cum Bac, Ba Cum Nam. Sub-region 2: Agro-forestry landscape ecological area, combined with tourism services, including 2 communes of Son Binh and Son Hiep. Sub-region 3: Developing agriculture - forestry and encouraging eco-cultural tourism, including 2 communes of Thanh Son and Son Lam.

Khanh Son District People's Committee signed a cooperation agreement to deploy a comprehensive digital transformation solution in the district.
