Accordingly, the Central Party Secretariat decided to approve Mr. Tran Phuoc Son, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council and Mr. Tran Thang Loi, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of Hai Chau District Party Committee to join the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the Conference, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang City Nguyen Van Quang congratulated Mr. Tran Phuoc Son and Mr. Tran Thang Loi on being trusted and elected to the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee, and now approved by the Central Secretariat. Mr. Tran Phuoc Son was born in 1972, from Duy Chau commune, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam province; professional qualifications: Master of Economics and Development; Senior in political theory. Before being elected as Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang city for the 2021-2026 term, Mr. Tran Phuoc Son held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Deputy Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Secretary of Lien Chieu District Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee.

Mr. Tran Thang Loi was born in 1976, professional qualifications: Master of Economic Management; Senior in Political Theory. Before holding the position of Secretary of Hai Chau District Party Committee, Mr. Tran Thang Loi held the positions of Deputy Chief of Office of Da Nang City Party Committee, Chief of Office of City Party Committee, Secretary of Son Tra District Party Committee.
