Vietnam Health Trade Union deploys many activities to care for Tet Binh Ngo 2026

Aiming at the goal of "All union members and workers in the health sector have a happy Tet holiday in Binh Ngo year 2026", the Vietnam Health Trade Union has issued a Plan to organize activities to take care of union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year in Binh Ngo year 2026 with the theme "Tet Sum Vay - Spring of gratitude to the Party" and the motto "All union members and workers have a happy Tet holiday".

Accordingly, the Vietnam Health Trade Union determined that taking care of union members and workers during Tet is not only an annual activity but also an occasion to deeply demonstrate the role, responsibility and affection of the Trade Union organization. Each gift and each organized program carries a message of sharing, spreading love and adding motivation for health workers to continue to contribute to the cause of taking care of people's health.

According to the plan, trade unions at all levels in the industry will organize many practical and creative care activities for union members and workers at the grassroots level. Notable among these are the programs: the program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" organized online (online Tet market) and organized directly at units with many union members and workers, with "0 VND" booths, discount booths, gift giving, free health check-ups, legal advice, creating conditions for workers to shop for Tet goods at preferential prices; the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Thanks to the Party" organized at agencies, units, hospitals, industrial parks, etc.

The new point of the 2026 plan is the "Union Year-end Dinner" program. This is a very meaningful activity connecting employees, employers and trade unions, looking back on a year of dedication and sharing joys and difficulties, arousing the spirit of solidarity and attachment; the program "Tet not far from home" for cadres, union members, and employees who stay on duty during Tet, especially the medical staff on duty to care for and rescue patients during Tet, showing gratitude and timely encouragement.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Health Trade Union requires all levels of trade unions to implement Tet care activities in a practical, economical, and lawful manner, absolutely avoiding formalities and ostentation, and ensuring fairness, publicity, and transparency. According to the plan, the maximum care level is 1,000,000 VND/person, in special cases it can be up to 2,000,000 VND/person/time, giving 1,040 vouchers to union members and workers in difficult circumstances...

At the same time, the Vietnam Health Trade Union also encourages units to proactively mobilize resources from enterprises, local authorities, social organizations, the Trade Union Social Fund and other socialized sources to expand the scope of care. The goal is that every union member and worker - regardless of their position - can feel the care of the Trade Union and have a warm and complete Spring.
