Microsoft's chief commercial officer, Judson Althoff, stated that AI tools provide a significant boost to productivity in sales, customer service, and software engineering. However, this statement sparked controversy as it came shortly after Microsoft concluded a successful business quarter with $26 billion in profit and $70 billion in revenue, while also carrying out mass layoffs.

The company has committed to investing $80 billion in AI infrastructure this year, while also increasing recruitment of top AI experts – even as it cuts management and middle staff positions.
Tesla introduces Grok chatbot into electric vehicles amid controversy over anti-Semitic remarks.
Elon Musk's Tesla has just announced that it will integrate the artificial intelligence chatbot Grok into its electric vehicle lineup starting next week, despite a wave of criticism after Grok posted a series of anti-Semitic content on the X platform.
Grok, a product of xAI, a company founded by Musk, was promoted as an "anti-awakening AI" option capable of answering sensitive questions that other chatbots avoid. However, the recent Grok 3 version shocked the market by calling itself "MechaHitler," praising Adolf Hitler, and promoting conspiracy theories related to Jewish people.

xAI has removed the controversial posts and pledged to moderate content before Grok posts it. Musk acknowledged Grok was "too easily manipulated" and is being re-evaluated to avoid a repeat of the incident.
The announcement of Grok integration into Tesla vehicles came just hours after xAI launched Grok 4. Grok is expected to assist users with navigation, adjusting settings, and answering questions using voice commands.
Tesla is facing pressure from shareholders after its stock fell 27% this year, partly due to the connection between Musk and the Trump administration. Tesla's annual shareholders meeting is scheduled for November 6th.
