Commercial water output was 32.4 million m3 , reaching 50.1% of the plan and increasing by 8%; revenue reached 280.5 billion VND, increasing by 8.4% compared to the same period last year; developing 2,447 more customers, reaching 68% of the yearly plan... Paying the state budget exceeded the plan; the clean water loss rate decreased to below 11%.
