Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company: Electing additional members to the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term

On April 10, Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Phu, Deputy Director of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company, said: The 2024 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders aims to approve a number of necessary contents to serve the company's operations in the coming period.

Specifically, the congress approved the report on amending the company charter, internal regulations on governance and regulations on the operation of the board of directors; the report on electing additional members of the board of directors for the 2023-2028 term, dismissing members of the board of supervisors and electing additional members of the board of supervisors for the 2023-2028 term; the report on personnel to elect additional members of the board of supervisors for the 2023-2028 term.

After many contributions from shareholders and answers from the management board of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company, the congress unanimously approved the proposals and elected additional members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of Song Ba Ha Hydropower Joint Stock Company for the 2023-2028 term. Accordingly, Mr. Ngo Minh Quan, Head of the Personnel Organization Department of Power Generation Corporation 2 was elected as an additional member of the Board of Directors; Ms. Nguyen Thi Huynh Hoa, specialist of the Financial Supervision and Inspection Department of Power Generation Corporation 2 was elected as an additional member of the Supervisory Board.
