BINH THUAN ELECTRICITY COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

Binh Thuan Power Company respectfully informs customers using electricity in Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province about the dissolution of Ham Thuan Bac Power Company, the establishment of Ham Thuan Bac Power Management Team under Binh Thuan Power Company and changes in electricity payment account information, specifically as follows:

1. From May 7, 2025 , Southern Power Corporation ( the parent company of Binh Thuan Power Company) will dissolve Ham Thuan Bac Power Company under Binh Thuan Power Company and establish Ham Thuan Bac Power Management Team under Binh Thuan Power Company.

2. 2. Regarding electricity payment account information from May 7, 2025:

- Name of beneficiary: Binh Thuan Electricity Company

- Account numbers at Banks: Agribank , BIDV, Sacombank, HDBank, Vietcombank, LPBank : Unchanged .

- The account numbers at the following 3 banks will change to:

Account number at Vietinbank: 110 0000 29309

MBBank account number: 7651105999999

Account number at ABBANK: 0461 004 078 079

3. In addition, Binh Thuan Power Company has notified its electricity bill collection partners (Banks, Payment Intermediaries) to update new electricity bill payment account information. Therefore, Customers who are currently paying through the following methods: Automatic debit, Bank applications, E-wallets will not be affected.

4. For customers who have a rooftop solar power system and are selling electricity to Binh Thuan Electricity Company, the invoice information is as follows:

- Buyer name: Binh Thuan Electricity Company

- Tax code: 0300942001-012

- Address: Ton Duc Thang Avenue, Xuan An Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam.

Changing the management model, dissolving Ham Thuan Bac Power (District Power), establishing a new Ham Thuan Bac Power Management Team aims to arrange and streamline the organization, management and operation apparatus of the Power sector to suit the new situation. Thereby, helping the Power sector to better meet customers' electricity needs with increasingly perfect services and quality.
