Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee welcomed the company's delegation to visit and seek investment opportunities in Tuyen Quang. He introduced the socio -economic development situation, summarized the potential and advantages of Tuyen Quang in attracting foreign investment.
The province wants to develop energy industry and green industry, so the province is ready to create all conditions for companies to invest in the province, especially ready to discuss land issues, taxes and other issues that the company requests.

Mr. Park Noh Wan, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam, Senior Advisor of Kim & Chang Law Firm, affirmed that among the businesses introduced and oriented, Vinatech Vina Co., Ltd. is very suitable for investment in Tuyen Quang . This is a promising business in the Korean locality, which can provide good support to the people and province of Tuyen Quang. He personally will do his best to help Tuyen Quang in attracting investment to the province.
Mr. Park Noh Wan, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Korea to Vietnam, pledged to make efforts to help Tuyen Quang in attracting investment to the province.
Mr. Kim Gyeng Chul, Vice President of Vinatech Korea Company, General Director of Vinatech Vina Co., Ltd., speaking at the meeting, said that starting construction in December 2017 in Bac Ninh , Vinatech Vina Factory under Vinatech Vina Co., Ltd. has a total investment capital of about 4 million USD, an area of over 22,500 m2 specializing in the production of super capacitors and electronic components with a capacity of 48 million products/year. The company's revenue target by 2030 is 2 billion USD. He hopes to apply new and high technologies in production activities at the factory invested in Tuyen Quang.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed and clarified the expected scale of the factory investment in Tuyen Quang; the arrangement of land location for the factory construction to ensure convenient transportation connection with the capital Hanoi; requirements for the use of the province's human resources when implementing the factory; incentives for businesses, etc.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son affirmed that the province will fully implement incentives for enterprises according to general regulations. He assigned the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to be the focal point to handle matters related to the company's investment.
On the same afternoon, the company's working delegation surveyed the construction site of the Supercapacitor and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Factory in Son Duong district.
