At the meeting, the representative of the delegation of the Provincial People's Council elected in Ky Anh town reported to voters on the socio-economic situation, national defense and security in 2023; the socio-economic development plan, national defense and security of the province in 2024. Expected main contents of the last session of 2023, the 18th Provincial People's Council; results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations sent to the 14th session, the 18th Provincial People's Council.

Participating in the opinions, voters of Ky Anh town suggested that the province continue to have policies to support the construction of civilized urban areas and the development of urban agricultural models. Nghi Xuan voters expressed their agreement with the reports and proposed many ideas in various fields. Regarding the cultural and social fields, they requested attention to allocating funds to support the prevention of degradation of the national historical relic Hoa Van Hai and some historical relics in the area; requested clarification of the reasons why the Duong Danh family temple relic has been inspected many times but no funds have been allocated for upgrading and repairing. In particular, it is necessary to consider and allocate funds to continue the construction of the Xu temple in Phu Vinh village, Co Dam commune, which is currently unfinished.

Voter Pham Trung Thong - Ky Tay village, Co Dam commune proposed that the province and district should continue to pay attention to attracting investment from businesses to create jobs for local workers.

Regarding the field of traffic and construction, voters recommended early investment in speed bumps and installation of street lighting systems to reduce traffic accidents on provincial road 547 through the area; upgrading the 2.5km road through Ke Lat village that has been degraded for many years, causing difficulties for people to travel and produce; the intra-field canal system in many sections of the commune has been degraded but has not been allocated funding for repair and upgrading, requesting the province to pay attention.

In the field of agriculture and new rural construction, voters suggested that the province continue to have policies to support livestock development; resolve the situation of abandoned agricultural land; support funding for asphalting of village roads in the commune...

Some other issues such as: job creation for local workers; environmental pollution in livestock areas; investment in clean water plants to serve people's needs; management and protection of dams, dykes... were also proposed and recommended by voters.

In addition, voters suggested paying attention to reviewing, controlling, and strictly managing information on social networks to avoid fraud that is increasingly appearing in cyberspace.
