The above assertion has a solid basis. Because, since the 13th National Party Congress until now, in the face of the negative impact of many issues of the era and humanity, Vietnam has always been steadfast and "reaped" many comprehensive results in all aspects of social life. Those results are achieved because under the leadership of the Party, our country has always been "warm inside, peaceful outside" and built an effective and efficient political apparatus; consistent in the spirit of: "First support, then support", "One call, all respond", "Unanimity above and below", "Consistency across the board" in realizing the goals and tasks of the revolution, especially in the operation of the fight against "internal invaders".

In the common difficulties of the world economies, Vietnam not only stands firm but also develops rapidly and sustainably, its economic potential and comprehensive strength are enhanced; the prestige and international position of the country and the Communist Party of Vietnam are clearly raised. The prestige and position here are clearly demonstrated in the recognition and respect of countries, political parties and friends around the world when they highly appreciate the Communist Party of Vietnam as the only ruling party with the role and mission to lead the Vietnamese revolution and the whole society.

Thanks to a leadership apparatus that is on par with the requirements and tasks in the new situation, Vietnam has accumulated a huge amount of material facilities and invested huge resources in building the infrastructure and superstructure of socialism, creating a solid foundation for the whole country to confidently strive to achieve the goals set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Along with that, the country always ensures socio-political stability, national defense and security are strengthened, social order and safety are maintained, foreign relations continue to deepen and expand; maintaining a peaceful environment for national construction and development. Up to now, Vietnam has become a meeting place of peace, a country with a position to be ready to be a friend and reliable partner of all countries. Vietnam has friendly and cooperative relations with 189 countries, economic relations with more than 230 economies, has signed 15 free trade agreements (FTAs), including new generation FTAs... That is solid evidence for many recent Central Conferences, the Party Central Committee and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong himself always confidently affirmed: Our country has never had such a foundation, potential, position and international prestige as it does today.

Thus, with all modesty, we still have the right to affirm that: The results of the PCTNTC have themselves affirmed the correctness of the policies and leadership lines set forth by our Party; affirmed the significance and achievements that our Party has shown the way and shown the way. Moreover, the practical material itself has the ability to deny, completely deny the arguments that reactionaries and saboteurs deliberately and blatantly fabricated!

Recently, there is an opinion that focusing too much on anti-corruption will reduce innovation and creativity, "discourage" those who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common good and "slow down" the country's development. This is a wrong, conservative and extreme way of thinking. Because, thanks to doing a good job of Party building and rectification, stepping up the fight against corruption in recent times, it has made an important contribution to promoting socio-economic development, maintaining political stability, strengthening national defense, security and foreign affairs. Stepping up anti-corruption and Party building and rectification only "discourages" those with impure motives who have already "got their hands dirty".

The practice of building and developing the country in recent years has shown that: The positive and effective effects of PCTNTC work on all areas of social life are very clear. Each organization has continuously become stronger thanks to being consolidated, polished, and trained within the team. Agencies, units, and enterprises that were previously hot spots for corruption, bureaucracy, and negativity, after being discovered and strictly handled, have been purged, eliminated the corrupting worms, and gradually reorganized the team. The team of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees from the Central to the grassroots levels have seriously practiced the spirit of action, integrity, creativity, and service for the benefit of the people and businesses. Within each party organization, self-criticism and criticism have been seriously practiced, and the fight against corruption and group interests has been fierce and strong. Along with that, doing a good job in the fight against corruption has contributed significantly to helping us reform administration effectively and substantially, improve the investment and business environment, and enhance national competitiveness.

Such evidence shows that the fight against corruption in the past time has truly become a revolutionary climax with long and steady steps forward, creating a foundation for the entire Party, the entire political system and the entire people to step by step wipe out the "internal invaders". As affirmed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong: "The fight against corruption is not just a "climax", and it cannot "slow down". Because the fight against corruption is a long-term, thorny, and harsh struggle, cutting off the "boils" within oneself, it is very painful but we still have to continue to do it, resolutely, persistently, persistently and must do it very methodically and firmly, for the purity, strength and prestige of the Party, for the sustainable development of the country, for the wishes and happiness of the people".
