The Future CEO 2024 Competition

The Future CEO competition is organized by the Vietnam Institute of Practical Technology Research and Application (VIPA Institute). Van Lang University , Ho Chi Minh City is the co-organizer of the Final round of The Future CEO 2024 competition.

Participating in The Future CEO 2024 competition, candidates will go through 3 rounds, from September to November 2024: The preliminary round will take place from early September to October 20 online and in person. The semi-final round is expected to take place from October 28 to November 3 online. The national final round is expected to be held on November 24 in person at Van Lang University, Ho Chi Minh City.

The excellent contestants who make it to the final round will be divided into teams. Contestants from each team will work together to overcome 04 rounds, including: Round 01 - Question and answer "Leadership knowledge"; Round 02 - Presentation of ideas "Breakthrough creativity"; Round 03: Persuasion - "Leadership power" and Round 04 - Leadership arena - "Intellectual arena".

The content of each round revolves around the main theme of the competition: "Leadership 4.0 - Adaptation and Innovation". Through each round, young people will have the opportunity to demonstrate creative ideas and breakthrough solutions in business and technology, contributing to solving many social problems, especially in the current digital technology context, requiring flexible adaptation and creativity of young human resources.

This is the first season of The Future CEO organized with the goal of encouraging and developing global leadership skills, creative thinking and management ability for high school and university students aged 15 to 22 nationwide.

The judges of the competition are leaders from leading enterprises in the fields of business, management and entrepreneurship. With their extensive knowledge and experience, they are not only judges, but also inspirers, guiding the contestants to explore their potential and develop their leadership thinking. The impartiality, sophistication and sharp analysis of the judges will ensure that each contestant is not only fairly evaluated, but also motivated and guided to improve themselves.

With educational significance and wide influence, the competition is an opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their leadership talents, an opportunity for young people to learn and develop skills through real-life challenges and in-depth training from leading experts in the business field, practically accompanying young talents to become pioneers leading businesses to reach the world, and together shaping the economic future of the country in the digital age.

Dr. Ngo Quang Xuan, Head of the Steering Committee of The Future CEO 2024 competition, said that the competition aims to build a team of young leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills and qualities to meet the requirements of the times. “We encourage young people to “dare” to think differently, find new solutions to social problems, thereby promoting the spirit of innovation and creativity.
