Specifically, from May 26 to now, 3 working groups of the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee in coordination with the Party Committee, An Binh Ward authorities and Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center have directly gone to propagate and mobilize 208 households who have not yet handed over the land at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park. Through propaganda and mobilization, 91 more households have agreed to hand over the land, bringing the total number of households handing over the land at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park to this point to 238/355 households.
There are currently 117 households that have not agreed to hand over the land with recommendations such as: requesting early payment of compensation; payment of house rent; relocation time; early handover of resettlement land, on-site resettlement arrangement; having a policy of exemption or reduction of infrastructure fees in the resettlement area; requesting survey, measurement and re-counting of land and assets on land for households buying and selling houses and land with handwritten documents...
To resolve difficulties in funding for compensation, site clearance, and land recovery support in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, at the end of May, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued a document approving the policy for Bien Hoa City People's Committee and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to advance capital from the Provincial Land Development Fund to promptly implement compensation and site clearance for organizations, households, and individuals when recovering land in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park with a total estimated cost of more than 147 billion VND.
Immediately after the province's policy, Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center submitted a dossier to advance the capital of the deferred compensation plan of about 35 billion VND, and at the same time posted the compensation support amount for people to know and pay immediately after receiving the capital so that people can soon agree to hand over the site.

For cases that have been arranged for resettlement but have not yet been approved for 5-month temporary housing rent, the City Land Fund Development Center is focusing on reviewing and preparing documents and is expected to approve the temporary housing rent plan to the Compensation Council tomorrow, June 4.
To complete the handover of land to the remaining households in June, the leaders of Bien Hoa City Party Committee requested the City People's Committee to direct specialized departments and offices to identify and prioritize urgent tasks for immediate implementation; closely follow recommendations and coordinate with provincial departments and branches to ensure progress.
For 12 cases in Ward 2, An Binh Ward has received compensation, has propagated and mobilized but has not yet handed over the land, developed a plan for enforcement, and implemented the steps in accordance with the order and regulations. Direct the implementation of the plan to pay compensation to the people in installments as soon as the advance capital is provided.
For the city's propaganda and mobilization teams, it is necessary to continue to proactively propagate, mobilize, and explain to the people the Party's policies and the State's laws related to the above project, and soon agree to hand over the site. For the City Land Fund Development Center, it is necessary to focus on coordinating with the People's Committee of An Binh Ward to focus on resolving and immediately handling cases that have handed over the site.
