26 households agreed to hand over the land from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park on the first day of propaganda and mobilization.

(DN) - On May 26, working groups of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee Standing Committee began a peak period of propaganda and mobilization for households in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, An Binh Ward, to hand over the land to implement the Project of Converting Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improving the environment.

During the day, three working delegations of Bien Hoa city, led by members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, together with leaders of the Party Committee and the An Binh ward government, directly visited 209 households in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park that had not yet handed over the land to meet, propagate and mobilize for handover.

At the meetings, Bien Hoa city leaders emphasized the Party and State’s policies in implementing the project. At the same time, the experts in the delegation also clearly explained the regulations related to compensation and support when the State reclaims land; specifically answered the contents that people have been and are requesting.

Some of the proposed contents have grounds for review. The city leaders requested that the local government coordinate with the Bien Hoa City Land Fund Development Center to review and respond to the people within 7 days, and make adjustments and supplements if appropriate, so that the people are not disadvantaged.

As a result, on the first day of organizing propaganda and mobilization, 3 working groups contacted 39 households, of which 26 households agreed to hand over the land. The remaining households are currently requesting early receipt of compensation support and committed to handing over the land before May 30. Thus, up to this point, the total number of households that have handed over the land is 117/355 households.
