Da Nang - Cuba promote cooperation in the medical field

Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh expressed his joy that in recent times, the political and diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba have been continuously strengthened. At the same time, he congratulated the results of the Da Nang-Cuba Investment Promotion and Business Connection Workshop, held this morning. Sharing that Da Nang is currently developing into a major socio-economic center, Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh hoped that the Cuban Ambassador would introduce and connect Cuban businesses to invest and cooperate with Da Nang in a number of areas of interest to both sides, especially in the fields of medicine and health care.

Expressing gratitude for Vietnam's support for Cuba in the past time, Ambassador Rogelio Polanco Fuentes is looking forward to cooperating with Vietnamese localities, including Da Nang. The Cuban Ambassador also agreed to support and cooperate with Da Nang in areas of mutual interest, including the health sector. The Cuban Ambassador also wishes to exchange experiences in tourism and cultural development with Da Nang, strengthening bilateral friendship.
