Da Nang: More than 1,300 billion VND to build social housing at Hoa Minh apartment building

DNVN - On October 13, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Le Quang Nam signed a decision approving the investment policy and assigned the investor to the social housing project at the Hoa Minh apartment complex (Tran Anh Tong Street, Thanh Khe Ward).

According to Decision 1962/QD-UBND, the investor of the social housing project at the Hoa Minh apartment complex is Hanoi Sunrise Investment Development Joint Stock Company. The project is implemented on a total land area of ​​approximately 7,770m²; the total construction floor area is approximately 81,324m².

The project consists of 20 floors above ground, 2 basements with about 933 apartments. The total investment capital is expected to be over 1,317 billion VND. The project implementation period is 50 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate land and lease land to implement the project.

Hoa Minh Apartment is one of the degraded apartment complexes in Da Nang . According to the relocation support plan approved by the City People's Committee, households renting public housing here can choose to continue renting social housing belonging to public property in the area or neighboring areas, or be supported to buy social housing apartments from non-budgetary capital sources at projects being implemented in the city.

The City People's Committee also issued Official Dispatch No. 2795/UBND-DTDT requesting relevant agencies to inspect, review, rectify, and handle price manipulation, real estate speculation, and land management and use.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment presides over and coordinates with the Department of Construction, the Center for Land Fund Development, the People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones and related units to inspect, examine and review specific land valuation activities and the development and issuance of land price lists; compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land; land use rights auction activities...

Timely prevent, rectify and strictly handle violations of the law within authority, especially acts of taking advantage of land use rights auctions to manipulate prices, inflate prices for personal gain, and disrupt the real estate market.

Synthesize reports on inspection and examination results, violation handling status, clearly stating advantages, difficulties, and problems in related policies and laws, and send them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment for synthesis and reporting to the Prime Minister .
