The signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between the People's Committee of Da Nang City and CT Group Corporation marks the close cooperation between the State and enterprises, creating a solid foundation for strong startup development in the future. The goal is to promote sustainable and comprehensive development of Da Nang City through breakthrough initiatives and application of advanced technology.
Vice Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee Ho Quang Buu and Chairman of CT Group Tran Kim Chung represented the two sides to sign the strategic cooperation agreement.
Specifically, CT Group cooperated with Da Nang City to survey the current status and needs to advise and make recommendations on digital transformation and smart urban development; especially on building digital infrastructure, digital data, shared platforms, ensuring information security and cooperating in training and developing human resources to create a foundation for digital transformation in Da Nang City.
Building a comprehensive data infrastructure for the largest city in the country in terms of area, closely connecting three fundamental pillars: Digitalizing citizen identification; Digitalizing organizational identification; and Digitalizing location identification. Deploying a digital copy of the city to improve management and operation capacity in the digital environment.
Creating a foundation for marine economic development, monitoring offshore fishing vessels, smart tourism, high-tech agriculture, mountainous resource management, forest monitoring, biodiversity management. Affirming Da Nang's position as the technology and innovation center of the Central region, creating conditions for technology enterprises and universities to participate in development.
Consulting on specific mechanisms and policies for piloting the development of digital copies and marginal space economy, especially space management mechanisms, drone safety management, equipment management, human resource management, commercial exploitation...;
Along with that, CT Group Corporation cooperates with the People's Committee of Da Nang City to build a technical roadmap to neutralize carbon in the whole city by 2045. Develop pilot carbon credit projects and pilot the carbon credit trading market in Da Nang. CT Group is responsible for mobilizing investment capital from international green financial institutions, providing technology and a team of highly qualified experts to implement the project.
The two sides also cooperate in scientific research on stem cells of Ngoc Linh ginseng to have a scientific basis for implementing transplanting and expanding ginseng growing areas; research applications to produce and process many products serving medicine and consumer markets from Ngoc Linh ginseng and other medicinal herbs in the city. CT Group supports the development of the Danang Biotechnology Center in the direction of becoming a Biotechnology Research Center of the Central region.
At the same time, the two sides cooperate in the semiconductor industry, research and promotion, and establish an ATP semiconductor chip factory, an R&D Center, and a Design House for specialized AI/UAV semiconductor chips in Da Nang City. Cooperate in ATP human resource training, semiconductor chip design; and exploit shared infrastructure, design laboratories, and semiconductor chip manufacturing.
CT Group also cooperates with the People's Committee of Da Nang City on innovation, supports the promotion of open innovation models, and forms innovation spaces. Coordinates the organization of innovation competitions; organizes training and incubation on innovation.
