Da Nang: About to start construction of 3 projects with private capital of more than 133 trillion VND

DNVN - On August 14, the Department of Finance announced that according to plan, there are 3 projects with a total investment capital of more than 133 trillion VND outside the state budget registered to start construction in August to celebrate the 23rd Congress of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

In particular, the project of Commercial Service Area combined with Entertainment Park (Da Nang Downtown) invested by Asia Park Company Limited (under Sun Group Corporation), with total adjusted capital of nearly 79,800 billion VND, deployed on an area of ​​nearly 770,000m2 in Hoa Cuong ward.

The project of commercial service area combined with entertainment park (Da Nang Downtown) is expected to start construction in August 2025.

This project will build a commercial service area combined with an amusement park with many types of attractive, high-tech entertainment and office, commercial, service, tourism and accommodation facilities to attract domestic and foreign tourists. At the same time, it will provide accommodation services, culinary culture, conference and seminar venues and other facilities in accordance with the planning and urban development requirements of Da Nang City.

The Ba Na - Suoi Mo Eco -tourism and Urban Area Complex, with a total adjusted capital of nearly VND 52,000 billion, is also expected to start construction in August 2025. The project has a land area of ​​more than 806 hectares, including location No. 5 (with an area of ​​90 hectares) in the Da Nang Free Trade Zone, which has been approved by the Prime Minister.

The project's objective is to invest in the complete and synchronous construction of the Ba Na - Suoi Mo Eco-tourism and Urban Area complex, aiming to turn the project into a top-quality and classy destination for entertainment, relaxation, living and working in Vietnam.

Along with that, at location No. 5 of the Da Nang Free Trade Zone, an international standard commercial and service space will be formed to serve trading activities, duty-free business, tourism, resorts, accommodation services; providing business support services, logistics, trade, e-commerce, etc.

The third project is the Chu Lai Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park expansion, which Chu Lai Truong Hai Industrial Park and Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Company Limited registered to start construction in August. The project has a total capital of 1,433 billion VND on a land area of ​​nearly 115 hectares. The project aims to invest in the construction and business of the industrial park infrastructure operating under the model of a specialized mechanical industrial park.
