Bun Xiem Lo
Bun Xiem Lo, just hearing the name, many people can imagine the origin of this dish. Xiem Lo originated from Khmer cuisine with ingredients including broth made from snakehead fish, served with vermicelli noodles and dipped in salt and chili.
