
Delegate Lo Thi Luyen quickly informed voters of the results of the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly. At this session, the National Assembly considered and decided on personnel work under its authority, socio -economic issues, and the State budget; passed 11 laws, 21 resolutions, and gave initial opinions on 11 other draft laws. Conducted questions and answers; conducted supreme supervision on the topic "Implementation of Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the Socio-economic Recovery and Development Program and resolutions of the National Assembly on a number of important national projects until the end of 2023" and a number of other contents.
At the meeting, voters of Huoi Un village proposed that some commune roads were degraded due to heavy trucks entering and needed to be repaired and upgraded; and suggested that the province restructure local officials according to the percentage of ethnic groups to suit the actual situation. Voters of Tin Toc village proposed that the village lacked irrigation water for agricultural production, and suggested that the State invest in more canals; repair the dam along the stream in the village that had degraded. Voters of Huoi Chan 2 village proposed that the State invest in a 7km concrete road to the village, because this road is currently degraded and makes it difficult for people to travel.

Voters of Muong Pon 2 village proposed that there should be a boundary between the upland area and the boundary between the village land for adjacent villages for the convenience of the people; hoping that the state would invest in the Na U Noi spillway (Muong Pon village) to serve irrigation for the rice area. Proposing that the state support the construction of a 3km long power line and concrete road connecting from National Highway 12 to Huoi Ke village. Voters of Muong Pon 1 village proposed that the state invest in a wastewater drainage channel; a concrete embankment to prevent floods in the Na Den and Na Sai fields with a length of 300m; and invest in water pipes from the reservoir to households in the village. Voters also petitioned that the money to pay rubber shares from 2023 has not been paid to the people.
From the voters' recommendations, representatives of Muong Pon commune and Dien Bien district leaders responded to a number of issues within their authority.
Delegate Lo Thi Luyen acknowledged the specific opinions of voters in various fields, and discussed and clarified some issues of concern to voters. The Provincial National Assembly Delegation will receive and synthesize the voters' recommendations to report to competent authorities and the National Assembly for consideration.
