On the evening of March 2, speaking with Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Huu Duong (aka "beer" tycoon Duong), Chairman of Hoa Binh Company Limited, and owner of the gold-plated hotel Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake, confirmed that he will competitively offer this hotel for sale in the near future with a starting price of 250 million USD.

According to Mr. Duong, there are currently many investors expressing interest in this hotel.
Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake is known as the first gold-plated hotel in Hanoi, located in Giang Vo ward (Dong Da district). The hotel was inaugurated in July 2020 with an investment capital of more than 100 million USD.
This hotel has all the exterior tiles covered with 24k gold. Not only that, the inside of the lobby door, elevator door, interior... are also covered with gold.
The hotel has 24 floors with 360 rooms. The standard room area is 40 to 48 m2, the higher-class rooms are about 70 to 90 m2. The most luxurious is the 184 m2 presidential suite that can accommodate up to 10 guests; the Royal penthouse has an area of 170 m2...
