The program is designed as a miniature “city of light” where technology, creativity and university spirit are connected in the same space.

The entire show is powered by a state-of-the-art presentation system: multi-level LEDs, laser mapping covering two buildings, segment-based visuals, and 360-degree surround sound.

The most meaningful highlight of Sync City is the kick-off ceremony. This is an alternative to the traditional speech. At that moment, representatives of the school and training schools go up to the stage and place their hands on the energy circle in the center. That short but symbolic moment marks the beginning of Sync City - the moment when the spirit of connection between the school and new students is ignited as a promise to accompany each other throughout the journey ahead.

Immediately after that, Phenikaa University held an honoring ceremony for the Valedictorian and Salutatorian of K19.
The grand concert welcoming new students of K19 has the participation of many famous singers and guests, who are familiar faces to young people today such as: Low G, Kay Tran, Lamoon, Lyhan, DJ Dino... In particular, the program has performances from talented students of the school, along with teachers and leaders of departments and units and the leadership of Phenikaa University. This is a meaningful greeting that Phenikaa dedicates to the audience, especially the new students of K19 who have joined Phenikaa.

For K19, Sync City is more than just a welcome. It is a milestone marking a new journey – a journey into an environment where each individual is respected, encouraged to be creative and empowered to criticize to grow.
