Pursuant to Decision No. 2526-QDNS/TW dated November 14, 2025 of the Party Central Committee, the Secretariat decided to transfer, assign and appoint comrade Phan Thien Dinh - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transfer and appoint to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

In his speech assigning tasks, comrade Hoang Dang Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized that recently, the Central Committee has arranged a number of leadership positions that are not local people, including the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; this is also an important step in implementing personnel work.

Comrade Hoang Dang Quang expressed: Comrade Phan Thien Dinh grew up from the grassroots and has held many positions, is assessed as a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and State management; determined, resolute, close to the grassroots, capable of gathering and uniting agencies and units.
