The Party Cell of Ha Giang Printing Joint Stock Company currently has 21 Party members, accounting for 60% of the total number of cadres and employees. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Cell has promoted its role as a political nucleus, closely following the leadership and direction of the superior Party Committee, leading the unit to fully complete the resolution's goals, contributing to maintaining stable production, creating jobs and income for workers. Total revenue in the past 5 years reached more than 92.5 billion VND, an increase of 75.6% compared to the set target; paid to the State budget more than 7.6 billion VND; the average salary of cadres and employees reached 12.6 million VND/month. Along with that, the Party Cell always upholds the spirit of solidarity, proactively adapts, and is flexible in directing and operating production, ensuring absolute safety, accuracy, and on-schedule printing of documents serving the political tasks of the province. Every year, 100% of Party members study and thoroughly understand the Party's resolutions and directives; the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo is closely linked to the practical implementation of professional tasks and the building of corporate culture. The Party Cell has no Party members who violate discipline, has been recognized for many consecutive years for completing its tasks well, and in 2024 was recognized as a "Four Good Party Cell". In addition, the Company's collective strictly implements the grassroots democracy regulations, takes good care of the material and spiritual life of employees; contributes and supports more than 450 million VND to participate in social security activities and volunteer programs for the community.

At the congress, delegates focused on discussing and proposing solutions to overcome difficulties and limitations. With the theme "Solidarity, breakthroughs, development", the Party Cell of Ha Giang Printing Joint Stock Company has set out the direction and tasks throughout the 2025 - 2030 term: Clearly identify breakthroughs in innovation in leadership methods; apply digital transformation; improve management capacity and technological innovation, diversify products, care for customer interests, expand market share, protect the reputation and brand of the Company. Strive for 100% of cadres and party members to be propagated,educated in politics and ideology, study the Party's directives and resolutions and 100% of party members to complete their tasks well; the collective achieves advanced and excellent labor; maintains the title of cultural enterprise. At the same time, bring annual revenue to 13 billion VND or more, the output of printed pages in the following year is 5% or more higher than the previous year; enough jobs and increase salaries for cadres, employees and workers. Thereby, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals of the province in the coming years.
