The 6th Congress of Son La Provincial Postal Trade Union, term 2025-2030

Implementing the plan to organize the Son La Provincial Postal Union according to the new management, production and business organization model of the Provincial Postal Union, after arrangement and consolidation from July 1, 2025, the Son La Provincial Postal Union has 3 departmental unions, including: Office Union, Business Center Union and Operation Center Union with 20 affiliated union groups.

In the 2023-2025 term, the Son La Provincial Postal Union has promoted the role of the trade union organization in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; effectively implemented welfare programs for union members and workers. The goals and tasks set for the term have been basically completed, the average income of workers has increased by an average of over 8 million VND/year. Every year, the union has coordinated with the professional sector to honor quarterly and thematic emulation titles, such as: "Excellent salesman", "Outstanding post office", "Devoted postman", "Outstanding operator", "Excellent postal transport worker", "Outstanding postal - communal cultural worker"...; coordinated well in implementing social security, humanitarian and charitable activities... The union has introduced 12 outstanding union members for consideration of party admission, of which 8 outstanding union members have been admitted to the party.

Delegates voted to elect the Executive Committee of the Son La Provincial Postal Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.

In the 2025-2030 term, with the slogan "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Provincial Postal Union strives for 100% of cadres, workers and employees to be fully guaranteed policies and regimes, fully equipped with uniforms, labor protection, annual health check-ups, and guaranteed income; 100% of cadres, workers and employees to be trained and fostered to improve their professional qualifications and vocational skills.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Son La Provincial Postal Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades; elected the Inspection Committee consisting of 3 comrades; elected 2 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 5th Congress of the Vietnam Post Corporation Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
