On October 31, Son La Provincial Youth Union organized a training course on professional work of the Young Pioneers and children's movement for the 2025-2026 school year.

150 trainees who are full-time staff of the Youth Union Councils of communes, wards and teachers in charge of the Youth Union in the province were disseminated by educational psychology experts from the Institute of Educational Technology and Human Resources Development of Vietnam, Ministry of Science and Technology , on 4 topics: Professional etiquette of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers; skills to protect children in healthy and safe interactions on cyberspace; instructions on organizing collective games and cultural and artistic activities, and performances; practicing skills in designing and organizing Team activities, communication, and using artificial intelligence in Team work.

The training course aims to foster and improve knowledge, expertise and skills of the Team work to help teachers who are Team leaders and cadres in charge of children in residential areas to be good at theory, proficient in skills, and be active in the Team work and the children's movement to develop more and more.
