The 8th Congress of Delegates of the Trade Union of Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company

In the exciting competitive atmosphere of all cadres, union members and employees of Power Generation Corporation 1, towards the 3rd Congress of Power Generation Corporation 1 Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030, on October 21, 2025, the 8th Congress of Delegates of Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030 was solemnly and successfully held.

The Congress was honored to welcome the leaders of the Power Generation Corporation 1 Trade Union, leaders of the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and General Director of the Company, along with the participation of 100 official delegates representing more than 230 union members in the whole company.

Comrade Pham Anh Van - Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Power Generation Corporation 1 spoke at the congress.

In his speech directing the congress, comrade Pham Anh Van - Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Power Generation Corporation 1 acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results that the Company's Trade Union had achieved in the past term. At the same time, he oriented the key contents for the Company's Trade Union to continue to promote its representative role, take better care of the material and spiritual life of workers, and accompany the profession in building a sustainable development unit.

Comrade Le Van Quang - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company spoke at the congress.

On behalf of the company's leadership, comrade Le Van Quang - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company commended the efforts and contributions of the Trade Union in launching and organizing effective emulation movements, making an important contribution to the successful completion of annual production and business tasks. He hoped that in the new term, the Trade Union would continue to be a solid support for the employees, a reliable bridge between the employees and the Company's leadership.

The 8th Congress of Delegates of the Trade Union of Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company, term 2025 - 2030.

After more than 3 hours of urgent, serious and democratic work, the Congress completed the entire proposed program. The Congress approved the Summary Report of Trade Union activities for the 2022 - 2025 term; directions and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term and the Review Report of the 7th Executive Committee.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union for the 8th term, consisting of 9 comrades, who are exemplary, courageous, responsible cadres with the capacity to lead the movement of workers and civil servants in the new period. At the same time, a delegation of 10 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates was elected to attend the 3rd Congress of the Trade Union of Power Generation Corporation 1 for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term VIII, 2025 - 2030.

With the motto "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development", the Trade Union of Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company for the 2025 - 2030 term is determined to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, accompanying the profession, taking better care of the lives of workers, contributing to the development of the Company, maintaining its position as one of the typical units of Power Generation Corporation 1. In the new term, under the leadership of the Company's Party Committee and the Trade Union of Power Generation Corporation 1, with the spirit of solidarity and creativity of all union members and workers, the Company's Trade Union will continue to reap many new successes, contributing to the sustainable development of the Vietnamese electricity industry.
