The Congress was attended by leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Ta Hoc commune and 91 typical delegates, representing all classes of people and ethnic groups in the commune. After the merger, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and socio-political organizations were consolidated, ensuring organizational structure, personnel, maintaining stable operations, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.

During the last term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Hoc commune has closely coordinated with the government and member organizations to promote propaganda and mobilize people to respond to campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, attracting a large number of people to participate. Notably, the movement to promote the tradition of solidarity and the spirit of mutual love "The whole leaves cover the torn leaves", "Do not let the poor be left behind". During the term, the Fatherland Front of the commune has coordinated with organizations, individuals, and philanthropists inside and outside the area to support the elimination of 51 houses for poor households, with a total value of 4.37 billion VND and 5,895 working days of people's help. In addition, the Front also coordinated with volunteer units to support and receive 514 gifts for people in Son Tra, Pa No, and Cap Na villages, worth 880 million VND; organized visits and presented 56 gifts worth 45 million VND. The propaganda work to mobilize people to carry out the campaigns "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" has been widely deployed; the movement to build "Cultural families" and "Cultural residential areas" has been improved in quality; many backward customs have been eliminated, national cultural identity has been preserved and promoted. Health care, medical examination and treatment, and expanded vaccination have been maintained regularly, reaching 100% of residential areas.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Hoc commune has set out 14 goals and 2 breakthrough contents: Building a team of cadres and human resources to meet the requirements of development and digital transformation. By the end of 2030, 100% of cadres, civil servants and 70% or more of the people will be proficient in using digital technology; shifting the economic structure towards agro-forestry; focusing on developing agriculture towards high technology to increase production value and ensure the ecological environment.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ta Hoc commune, term 2025 - 2030 took place successfully, contributing significantly to the successful completion of the commune's political tasks in the new period.
