Professional training for commune-level civil servants in Lai Chau province

On the morning of October 28, at the 7th floor hall of VNPT Lai Chau province, the Department of Science and Technology organized a professional training course for commune-level civil servants in Lai Chau province. The training course was organized in person combined with online at 37 commune People's Committee bridge points.

Speaking at the training course, Master Pham Quang Cuong: In order to provide professional guidance for commune-level officials to effectively perform state management tasks of the science and technology sector according to decentralized authority, ensuring smoothness, synchronization and efficiency; Improve the capacity, professional qualifications and skills of commune-level officials and civil servants in the field of science and technology. He also requested the trainees to seriously follow and listen to perform well the assigned tasks in the new situation, meeting the requirements of administrative reform, digital transformation and building a modern grassroots government.
At the training class, the trainees listened to the following contents: Instructions on state inspection of measurement for measuring instruments, measurements, and quantities of pre-packaged goods circulating on the market; Instructions on considering and recognizing initiatives and the scope of influence and effectiveness of application; Instructions on operating specialized data transmission networks in wards and communes; Instructions on operating conference television systems in communes and wards; Instructions on managing the provision of postal services for Party and State agencies (KT1 postal service) in communes and wards; Instructions on using postal services for Party and State agencies (KT1 postal service) in communes and wards; Instructions on implementing information technology responsibilities of the People's Committee at the commune level; Instructions on implementing the responsibility of providing information on the network environment of the People's Committee at the commune level; Instructions on implementing and propagating the program "Supporting and promoting people and businesses to have a safe and reliable online presence with digital services using the national domain name .vn"; Instructions for implementing, disseminating, installing and using the i-SPEED application to measure internet access speed locally.
