Emulation Congress for Victory of Ninh Thuan Border Guard for the period 2019-2024

The Congress reviewed the emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement for Victory in the 2019-2024 period; commended and rewarded typical collectives and individuals in implementing the Emulation Movement of Ninh Thuan Provincial Border Guard in the past 5 years.

According to the assessment, over the past 5 years, the international solidarity movement in the provincial Border Guard force has always closely followed reality, developed continuously, widely and effectively; closely combined the work of international solidarity and the international solidarity movement with the implementation of campaigns of all levels, sectors and localities; promoted the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; effectively implemented the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the emulation movement "BĐBP follows Uncle Ho's teachings"... From there, it has encouraged officers and soldiers to promote positivity, proactiveness, creativity, overcome all difficulties, determined to compete to excellently complete the task of managing and protecting sovereignty and security of the maritime border area (BGB), contributing to creating stability for the socio-economic development of the province.

He suggested that in the coming time, the emulation work and the international emulation movement of the provincial Border Guard should continue to be closely linked with the local patriotic emulation movements, continue to promote "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh"; focus on the preliminary and summary stages, discover and foster advanced models, thoroughly overcome weaknesses and weak points to make the international emulation movement develop widely, continuously and firmly.
