On May 19, at the headquarters of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs , Ambassador Hoang Huu Anh presented a copy of his Letter of Credence to Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulmajeed Al-Smari.
At the meeting, Ambassador Hoang Huu Anh expressed his honor to take on the responsibility of representing Vietnam in Saudi Arabia; respectfully conveyed the congratulations of the leaders of the Party, State and Government of Vietnam to King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on the achievements in socio-economic development and foreign affairs of Saudi Arabia and invited the King and Crown Prince to visit Vietnam in the near future.
Affirming that Vietnam always attaches importance to its relations with Saudi Arabia, Ambassador Hoang Huu Anh shared with Deputy Minister Abdulmajeed Al-Smari the key plans for his 2025-2028 term; at the same time, he pledged to make every effort and closely coordinate with ministries, branches, and authorities at all levels of Saudi Arabia to bring the good traditional relations between the two countries to a new height.

Expressing his delight at the positive developments in bilateral relations in recent times, Deputy Minister Abdulmajeed Al-Smari affirmed that the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is ready to support and coordinate with the Ambassador to complete common tasks for the benefit of the two countries, for peace , cooperation and development.
Ambassador Hoang Huu Anh thanked Deputy Minister Abdulmajeed Al-Smari in particular and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in general for warmly welcoming the Ambassador when he arrived in Saudi Arabia and arranging the presentation of a copy of his Letter of Credence just two days after the Ambassador arrived to take up his duties.
