Representatives of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Committee, the Department of Science and Technology and other units signed the commitment "100 days of popularizing digital education"
Synchronous and drastic implementation from province to grassroots
Implementing Plan No. 012/KH-UBND dated July 31, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, from July 15 to October 25, 2025, the Department of Science and Technology was assigned to be the standing agency, presiding over the implementation of 100 peak days of the "Digital Education for All" movement across the province.
Based on the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches, and localities quickly issued specific plans, established Steering Committees and Community Digital Technology Teams in 100% of communes, wards, villages, hamlets, and residential groups, creating a core network to bring digital technology closer to the people.
Propaganda work has been promoted in newspapers, television, grassroots radio, social networks and digital platforms. Dak Lak Newspaper, Dak Lak Radio and Television Station, along with electronic information portals and fanpages of units have regularly posted news, articles and reports reflecting the movement's activities, helping people understand the benefits and actively respond.
One of the notable results is that 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in state agencies have been trained in digital transformation skills. Of these, 113.13% (exceeding the target) have registered to study online on the "Digital Popular Education" platform (https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn), with more than 91.6% completing the course.
For the people, the Community Digital Technology Teams have organized many practical guidance activities, helping 66.36% of adults across the province access information and basic skills on digital transformation; 66.47% of people have been confirmed to have universalized digital knowledge through the VNeID application - an important step in building digital citizens.

The work of developing digital skills in enterprises and cooperatives has also achieved positive results, as many units have received support in training and applying digital technology and artificial intelligence in production and business.
Strengthening applications, affirming position in digital space
100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees have proficiently used digital platforms in receiving and handling administrative procedures. 40.47% of the population with smartphones have installed and used the “Dak Lak So” application, helping people access information, perform online public services and interact with the government.
The movement to register for digital signature via VNeID achieved impressive results with 248,210 participants, exceeding the set target. In addition, activities to support business households, youth union members and students to have an online presence with the national domain name “.vn” are being expanded, creating a solid foundation for the development of the local digital economy.

Along with training activities, the province also organized a quiz contest to learn about Dak Lak digital transformation in 2025, attracting 396,814 candidates, demonstrating the widespread response of officials, union members, students and people.

On the occasion of Dak Lak Province Digital Transformation Day 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee honored and rewarded 05 collectives and 05 outstanding individuals with outstanding achievements in digital transformation, contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation and creativity throughout the province.
Difficulties and the way forward
In addition to the achievements, the movement still faces some difficulties: the participation rate of students and people working far away is still limited; network infrastructure in remote areas is not yet synchronized; a part of the people, especially ethnic minorities, still have limited skills in using smart devices.
Some contents such as digital skills training for students and the workforce in enterprises and cooperatives are still being completed and the implementation effectiveness is being evaluated.
After 100 peak days, the "Digital Education for All" movement has contributed to strongly promoting the province's digital transformation process, forming the habit of using digital platforms in life, work, production and study.
This is not just a short-term campaign, but an important first step in the long-term journey of building digital government, digital economy, digital society and digital citizens of Dak Lak, towards the goal of becoming a pioneering locality in popularizing digital knowledge and skills for all people./.
