In her opening speech, Comrade Huynh Thi Kieu Diem, Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee emphasized: In the context of strong digital transformation, the application of artificial intelligence technology, especially tools such as ChatGPT, helps staff and civil servants improve work efficiency, save time and costs. At the same time, increase accuracy and transparency in handling administrative work. Organizing the training course not only aims to equip staff, civil servants and public employees with basic knowledge of AI technology, but is also a concrete step in implementing the local digital transformation goals, contributing to improving the quality of consulting, operating and serving the people.

The training program is directly instructed by Dr. Nguyen Chi Si - Lecturer of the Central University of Construction, including two parts: theory and practice. The content focuses on introducing the concept of AI, instructions on using ChatGPT in administrative work, drafting documents, reports, announcements, writing propaganda articles, suggestions for handling administrative situations and building work plans. The practice part helps students directly operate on computers and mobile devices, get acquainted with ChatGPT through practical exercises such as drafting invitations, quick reports, propaganda scripts, instructions on birth registration, creating a document checklist, translating and summarizing legal documents, etc.

Through the training course, trainees will have direct access to and experience smart work support tools, practice skills in applying artificial intelligence in document drafting, report building, work planning and legal information lookup. This activity helps cadres, civil servants and public employees better understand how to apply AI in practice, thereby improving work efficiency, saving time and improving the quality of consulting and processing administrative records.

The training course not only aims to foster technological skills, but is also a concrete step in forming a digital working culture - where each cadre and civil servant proactively innovates their thinking and adapts to the digital transformation trend. This is a practical activity that contributes to building a modern, transparent, professional and effective administration, better serving the people and businesses in Tuy Hoa ward.
