The Shan Tuyet Tea Product Competition and Tea Making Technique Competition will take place from November 5 to 7.

Responding to the activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Agriculture and Environment (November 14, 1945 - November 14, 2025), the National Agricultural Extension Center in coordination with the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tuyen Quang province will organize the Shan Tuyet tea product and tea brewing technique contest in 2025.

The contest is not only a place to demonstrate the techniques of making specialty Shan Tuyet tea, but also an opportunity to promote the specialties, land and people of Tuyen Quang .

The competition is organized at the provincial level, from November 5 to 7, 2025 at the Central Cultural House in An Tuong 9 residential group, An Tuong ward, Tuyen Quang province. The competition has 20 teams from communes and wards in the province. The teams will compete with 10 Shan Tuyet tea product lines, which are famous products in regions such as: Tan Tien, Thong Nguyen, Nam Dich, Tien Nguyen, Cao Bo, Vinh Tuy, Lung Phin, Nam Dan, Trung Thinh, Tan Trinh, Hong Thai, Con Lon, Binh An, Mau Due, Yen Minh and Ha Giang ward 1.

Shan Tuyet tea is a typical product of the highlands of Tuyen Quang. The organization of the Shan Tuyet tea product competition and tea brewing technique competition is an opportunity to promote the specialties, land and people of Tuyen Quang. Thereby, constantly promoting the development of production and consumption of Shan Tuyet tea products, creating opportunities for the development of localities that own this specialty. At the same time, contributing to the development of tourism in Tuyen Quang.
