Due to the influence of the cold air combined with disturbances in the East wind zone, areas of Tuyen Quang province have scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms. The Northeast wind gradually strengthens to level 2-3. From the night of October 30, the weather turns cold, the high mountains are cold, at night and in the morning it is cold, the high mountains in the North of the province have places with severe cold. The lowest temperature is from 17-20 degrees, the high mountains in the North of the province have places below 13 degrees.

From tonight, October 30, the affected areas in the province are as follows: Dong Van, Meo Vac, Yen Minh with the lowest temperature of 14-17 degrees; Quan Ba, Hoang Su Phi, Xin Man with the temperature of 16-19 degrees; Ha Giang , Vi Xuyen, Quang Binh, Bac Quang, Bac Me, Chiem Hoa, Na Hang, Lam Binh, Ham Yen, Yen Son with the temperature of 19-22 degrees; Minh Xuan, Son Duong with the temperature of 20-23 degrees.
