The area from Ha Tinh to northern Quang Tri will experience moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall amounts generally ranging from 100 to 200 mm, and in some localized areas receiving very heavy rain exceeding 350 mm.

From the night of October 30th, heavy rain tended to gradually decrease in the South and shift northward in Central Vietnam.
