According to the examination site reports, this year Dak R'lap district has 4 examination sites located at Pham Van Dong High School, Nguyen Tat Thanh High School, Truong Chinh High School and Nguyen Dinh Chieu High School with a total of 1,538 candidates registered to take the exam. The district has arranged 69 examination rooms, 8 reserve rooms and 12 other functional rooms.

The delegation inspected the actual preparation for the 2025 high school graduation exam at Pham Van Dong High School.

Tuy Duc district alone has 1 testing site located at Le Quy Don High School with 333 candidates taking the test, organized in 15 official testing rooms.

The delegation inspected the actual examination site at Pham Van Dong High School - the place with the largest number of candidates in Dak R'lap district, and inspected the actual preparation work. This examination site has 527 candidates, 22 official examination rooms and 2 backup rooms. The conditions of facilities, security systems, surveillance cameras, examination room - exam papers, fire prevention and fighting equipment and work to ensure electrical and medical safety are fully prepared.

Through inspection, the preparation of facilities, examination rooms, tables and chairs... basically meets the requirements.

It is noted that the preparation work at the examination site was carried out systematically and synchronously, from facilities, equipment to the task force. The school has fully arranged the conditions for security and safety for the examination papers and test papers; organized training on examination regulations; cleaned the campus and examination rooms; and prepared plans to support candidates in all situations.

Facilities are enhanced, ensuring enough examination rooms, medical rooms, camera systems, cabinets for storing exam papers and papers, fire prevention and fighting plans, and drop-off points for candidates at least 25m away.

Schools proactively coordinate with the police, health, electricity, telecommunications and youth unions to ensure security, order, electrical safety and support candidates during exam days.

The delegation listened to relevant units report on the preparation work, difficulties and problems of the schools.

Through on-site inspection and listening to reports from examination sites, comrade Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and proactiveness of localities in preparation work.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that in order for the exam to take place safely, seriously and effectively, the Department of Education and Training continues to direct schools to closely coordinate with testing sites, proactively develop and deploy plans to handle possible situations.

Deputy Director of the Department of Health, Mr. Tong Truong Ky reported on preparations related to disease prevention and control and ensuring food safety.

Units and forces assigned with the task must further enhance their sense of responsibility and be ready to provide maximum support so that the exam can take place smoothly, creating the best conditions for candidates.

Director of the Department of Education and Training, Mr. Phan Thanh Hai, noted that the examination sites need to focus on implementing some important contents so that the exam takes place safely and in accordance with regulations.

According to the plan, the exam will take place from June 26 to 27, with June 28 being the backup exam date. Candidates will come to complete exam registration procedures on the afternoon of June 25.

On this occasion, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh presented 6 gifts to cadres and teachers in especially difficult circumstances in Dak R'lap district who have serious illnesses from the provincial Education Promotion Fund. The value of each gift is 3 million VND.

Comrade Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh requested that localities and testing locations pay attention to not let any mistakes occur during the organization of the exam.

This is a meaningful source of encouragement, demonstrating the care and sharing of provincial leaders for teachers in remote areas.
