Ensure to process documents for people and businesses in Dong Nai on time

(DN) - On the afternoon of August 6, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son chaired a meeting with the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Science and Technology, and Provincial Tax to review the situation of administrative procedure settlement when implementing 2-level local government.

According to the report at the working session, up to now, the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System has received and processed 44,620 records, of which the number of records received online accounts for 79.7%, and records received via public post accounts for 9.1%.

The total number of resolved cases is 22,035, of which the number of resolved cases before and on time is 99.2%. The total number of processed cases is 22,528, of which the number of processed cases within the deadline is 99.9%. The number of administrative procedures providing online public services in full is 123/327 procedures, accounting for 37.6%; of which 110 are provincial-level public services, 13 are commune-level public services.

Although there are still some difficulties, departments, branches and localities have made efforts to resolve administrative procedures for people in accordance with regulations.

At the meeting, the units also discussed some difficulties in implementing administrative procedures in the land sector related to the agriculture - environment and tax sectors.

Speaking at the working session, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son assigned the Provincial Tax Department to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Science and Technology, VNPT Dong Nai to agree on solutions to build a process for implementing administrative procedures related to financial obligations (putting the Tax authority into the implementation process with a prescribed time) to configure the process on the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System, ensuring the processing of records for people and businesses on time and in accordance with regulations.

The Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to chair a conference on the implementation of administrative procedures without administrative boundaries in September. At the same time, review and advise on the arrangement of seconded staff to support communes and wards that are facing many difficulties in resolving administrative procedures in the land sector in order to promptly resolve the problems for localities.

The member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and work with VNPT Dong Nai to review the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System to ensure it meets the task of handling administrative procedures of localities, departments, branches and sectors of the province. At the same time, he emphasized that departments, branches and localities must focus on promoting the digitization of records...
