Ensuring smooth and effective policy credit operations after administrative unit arrangement

(QNO) - The Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) Quang Nam branch has just issued an official dispatch on ensuring smooth and effective policy credit activities after administrative unit rearrangement.

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan - Head of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam Branch assigned the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam Branch to direct the development of a plan and organize the handover and acceptance of policy credit activities due to the arrangement of administrative units in the area. For commune transaction activities, the policy bank coordinates with the People's Committees and socio- political organizations of communes and wards to continue maintaining the network of transaction points; transaction schedule as before the arrangement of administrative units in accordance with the instructions of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

The Social Policy Bank, Quang Nam branch, directed the district-level Social Policy Bank transaction office to develop a plan to arrange commune transaction points, coordinate with the commune-level People's Committee to inspect and prepare material conditions at commune transaction points; coordinate with the commune-level People's Committee and commune police to develop a plan to ensure security and order at transaction sessions. Proactively review and adjust the assignment of credit officers to monitor the area in accordance with the new administrative unit; enhance training in professional skills and local capacity for assigned officers...

The Board of Directors of the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch, requested socio-political organizations at all levels to focus on directing and supervising the handover and acceptance of handover due to the arrangement of administrative units, ensuring that the entrusted activities are carried out smoothly and without interruption. Directing the organization of debt reconciliation after the handover to be carried out in conjunction with the debt reconciliation and classification in 2025 when there is guidance from the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch. Focusing on directing the full and effective implementation of the entrusted tasks; inspecting the use of loan capital for 100% of new loans within 30 days from the date the Bank for Social Policies disburses to customers; urging the collection of due debts, especially handling overdue debts, outstanding interest, debts of customers who have left their place of residence, etc.
