Dam Rong: More than 6,500 hectares apply advanced irrigation technology to save water

Through the survey, in Dam Rong district, there are a total of 6,505.5 hectares of various crops applying advanced irrigation technology to save water. In particular, the sprinkler irrigation solution on crops such as: coffee (4,405 hectares); fruit trees (1,550 hectares); vegetables (220 hectares); mulberry (65 hectares); macadamia (30 hectares).

Next, drip irrigation solution for vegetable area (175 ha); flower plants (24 ha). In addition, there are 36.5 ha of vegetable area irrigated to save water and cultivated in net houses and greenhouses.

It is known that the entire Dam Rong district currently has a total area of ​​19,642 hectares of upland crops. Specifically, including: 12,586 hectares of coffee, 3,870 hectares of fruit trees, 1,662 hectares of macadamia, 900 hectares of mulberry, 600 hectares of vegetables, and 24 hectares of flowers.
