Party Committees of Quang Tri Provincial Party Agencies: Marks of Innovation and Development

Established under Decision No. 1889 dated February 14, 2025 of the Executive Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies was officially established with the task of leading subordinate party organizations to carry out political tasks and build a clean and strong party organization. The Party Committee has 25 grassroots party organizations, including 10 grassroots party committees, 15 grassroots party cells, 42 of which are directly under the grassroots party committees with 640 party members.

Create a solid foundation to perform well

Immediately after its establishment, the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies quickly completed their apparatus, issued working regulations and work programs for 2025. The subordinate Party Committees have promoted their advisory role, proposed solutions to excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing to promoting Party building and consolidating the political system.

The Party Committee Standing Committee has also focused on leading and directing the dissemination and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, especially the content on the organization and apparatus arrangement, the merger of administrative units and the construction of a two-level local government model. Thereby, creating unity in awareness and responsibility throughout the political system and consensus among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers.

Ideological work is focused on. Many meaningful activities are organized such as returning to the source to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee on April 21 (1930-2025); organizing online conferences to study and disseminate the 2025 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on building a team of pioneering, exemplary cadres who dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to make creative breakthroughs".

Deploying the "Digital Education for the People" movement, thoroughly implementing the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to arrange and streamline political system agencies, arrange administrative units and organize local governments at 2 levels, preparing for the 14th Party Congress and the election of the 16th National Assembly , the election of People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term with the participation of key officials and affiliated grassroots party organizations.

Steering Committee 35 was established and operated effectively, maintaining the official Facebook page "Party Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Agencies" and the electronic information page to strengthen ideological orientation and fight against false and hostile information in cyberspace.

Develop a plan and report summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive 05 dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; organize propaganda on major holidays of the homeland and country and the results of implementing Resolution No. 18 dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" and the conclusions of the Politburo, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Regarding the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus, 11 new grassroots party organizations were established; the name of the Provincial Youth Union Party Committee was changed to the Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Party Committee; the Party Committee was appointed to complete the Party Committee and key cadres for the new party organizations; the project was issued and the decision was made to establish the Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Party Committee on the basis of merging the Quang Tri Newspaper Party Cell and the Provincial Radio and Television Party Committee; and the Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organizations of the provincial Party agencies were established.

Regarding personnel work, receiving, assigning, appointing and signing labor contracts according to regulations, advising on the arrangement of cadres for the Party Committee, giving opinions on personnel of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee after the merger of Quang Tri and Quang Binh provinces into the new Quang Tri province...

Regarding party member work, consider and decide to admit 3 new party members, officially transfer party membership to 2 party members, propose to award 30-year Party membership badge to 1 party member, and transfer party activities for 18 party members according to regulations.

The Party Committee Standing Committee directed the comprehensive implementation of inspection and supervision work, perfecting working regulations, inspection programs, plans to summarize inspection, supervision and party discipline enforcement work for the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, it directed the implementation of digital transformation in the Party inspection sector, to date digitizing 14 sets of documents, equivalent to 1,830 pages of documents.

After establishing the Trade Union and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the provincial Party agencies, the Party Committee Standing Committee directed the organization of the first Executive Committee meeting, issued regulations and developed a work program for 2025. Some outstanding activities were organized such as: the political activity program "Historical milestones on the glorious 95-year journey of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee"; launching the movement "Digital Education for All"; training to raise awareness of AI and Chat GPT...

Complete the congresses of party cells and affiliated party committees.

Following the leadership of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, the branches and Party organizations organized the new term congresses to ensure the process, raise political awareness and responsibility of Party members in the new situation. By June 19, 2025, 100% of the subordinate Party cells had completed the congresses for the 2025-2027 term, and all branches and grassroots Party organizations had completed the congresses for the 2025-2030 term.

In the process of performing their tasks, the advisory agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee have effectively implemented the assigned political tasks. Accordingly, political, ideological and mass mobilization work has been organized seriously, ensuring timely transmission of the Party's policies and resolutions and good orientation of public opinion.

The work of organizing cadres is focused on perfecting the apparatus, streamlining the payroll, organizing party congresses at all levels and rearranging agencies and units towards streamlining and efficiency. The work of inspection, supervision and party discipline is carried out strictly and strictly; internal affairs, anti-corruption, waste and negativity work is promoted, promptly handling petitions and recommendations of the people.

The Party Committee Office performed well its advisory and organizational roles, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the Provincial Party Committee's operations. Judicial agencies, people's courts, people's procuracies and enforcement agencies performed well their functions and tasks, ensuring discipline, law and the legitimate rights of citizens.

The Provincial People's Council organized its meetings well, issued many important resolutions on socio-economic development, reorganized specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, promoted the role of supervision and effectively resolved voters' recommendations... The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province actively mobilized resources to support the poor, care for people's lives, and implement many practical social security programs.

Mass organizations continue to promote their role in social and humanitarian work, supporting the disadvantaged and spreading humanistic values. Quang Tri Newspaper and Radio and Television continue to affirm their role in propaganda work. Le Duan Political School does a good job of training cadres, contributing to effectively serving the political tasks of the province.
