In the 2020-2025 term, the Brigade Party Committee led the unit to comprehensively complete the tasks and targets set out in the resolution, including many excellent tasks and many targets exceeded. In the 2020-2025 period, the Brigade received the Emulation Flag from the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region 7 Command for 4 years; for 4 years, the Brigade Party Committee successfully completed its tasks.

To achieve the above results, Party committees and commanders at all levels have implemented many models and breakthrough measures to improve training quality, combat readiness, and discipline. Units actively innovate training content and methods, focusing on synchronous, in-depth training, close to the area, organization, weapons, equipment, and tasks of the unit.

In the period of 2020-2025, every year, the Brigade is awarded the Flag of "Excellent Training Unit" by the Ministry of National Defense. Cadres and Party members are always united, proactive, creative, self-reliant, exemplary, completing all tasks well, and strictly following discipline.

In the coming term, the Brigade will focus on building a clean and strong Party organization and a comprehensively strong, "exemplary and exemplary" unit.

At the congress, delegates discussed enthusiastically, pointed out the contents and causes of limitations; and agreed to propose 3 breakthroughs, including: Improving the quality of training and combat readiness; improving the quality of regular construction, law enforcement, discipline, and safety assurance; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party cells, focusing on overcoming weaknesses and weak points.
