Coming to Regiment 841, Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command, we attended the regular meeting of the Party Committee of Battalion 2, the Party Committee of Regiment 841 issued a regular leadership resolution for November 2025. After the report on the draft resolution and discussion suggestions from the chairman, in a democratic and open spirit, opinions focused on clarifying the advantages and limitations, shortcomings, and causes in the leadership of the implementation of the mission of the field trip and mass mobilization work in Huong Do commune, Ha Tinh province.

What we noted at the Party Committee meeting of Battalion 2 was the exemplary spirit of "self-reflection and self-correction" of the comrades in charge who were assigned to directly command the field trip. Based on the assigned tasks, the comrades in charge took responsibility for the limitations and shortcomings.

Implementing the content of building the model of "4 good Party cells", in Party activities, the Party Cell of the Organizing Committee (Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command) always attaches importance to political and ideological education , fighting against wrong and hostile viewpoints; preventing and combating corruption and negativity, preventing and repelling degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and lifestyle.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Dinh Thang, Party cell secretary, said: “We especially attach importance to maintaining discipline and improving the quality of Party cell activities; building working methods and working styles of cadres and Party members in a scientific, democratic, and practical direction, ensuring leadership, education, and combativeness; building solidarity and discipline in the Party cell, creating favorable conditions for Party members to successfully complete all tasks.”

The political agency under the Defense Command of Region 2 - Vu Quang proactively researched and advised on the implementation of the model of "4 good Party cells" and "4 good grassroots Party organizations".

Innovation and improvement of the quality of Party activities associated with promoting the responsibility of "self-reflection and self-correction" are considered important premises for building "4-good Party cells" and "4-good grassroots Party organizations". Through good implementation of "self-reflection and self-correction", each cadre and Party member can clearly see their strengths, weaknesses, and causes, thereby clearly identifying directions to overcome and correct limitations, improve themselves, and boldly advise departments and branches to perform their tasks, contributing to building a clean and strong Party cell and a strong and comprehensive agency.

According to statistics, after streamlining the apparatus, up to now, the Provincial Military Party Committee has 8 subordinate grassroots Party Committees, 15 unit Party Committees, 100 subordinate Party cells of all types of Party Committees with more than 2,000 Party members. Implementing Directive No. 732-CT/TU, dated December 12, 2022 of the Military Region Party Committee on building the model of "4-good Party Cells", "4-good grassroots Party Committees", the Provincial Military Party Committee has issued a plan to guide the building of "4-good Party Cells", "4-good grassroots Party Committees" deployed in the Party Committee and the entire provincial armed forces.

In the process of implementing the model of "4-good Party Cells" and "4-good Grassroots Party Committees", it is shown that Party committees and organizations at all levels have concretized 4 contents: Successfully completing political tasks; good quality of activities; good solidarity and discipline; good cadres and Party members. On that basis, Party committees at all levels determine the content and implementation measures appropriate to the characteristics, situation, functions and tasks of each agency and unit, with high feasibility and determination; at the same time, take the implementation results as the basis for evaluating, classifying the quality and annually rewarding Party organizations and Party members.

Colonel Vo Quang Thien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command, affirmed: “4-Good Party Cells” and “4-Good Grassroots Party Committees” are models that are suitable for the practical work of Party building in the current situation. Through that, it directly contributes to improving the quality of Party building work, enhancing the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, creating a clear change in the results of leadership in implementing the central political tasks of each agency and unit.

After 3 years of implementing the model of "4 Good Party Cells", "4 Good Grassroots Party Committees" has created a clear change in Party building work. The annual classification results show that the number of Party organizations that have completed their tasks well is 70 - 80%; the number of Party members who have completed their tasks well or better is 80 - 85% (of which 20% have completed their tasks excellently); there are no Party members who have degraded in political ideology, showing signs of "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; there are no cases of law violations, insecurity... The awareness of cadres and Party members has been raised, democracy and solidarity have been expanded, and cadres and Party members are always ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.
