The political report and speeches at the congress unanimously assessed: In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Air Force Regiment 916 thoroughly grasped the characteristics of the situation and tasks, was active, proactive, united, overcame difficulties, led and directed the unit to successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Many tasks were completed excellently, such as: Rehearsing, participating in competitions, sports, flight training, ensuring flight safety, participating in bombing and live ammunition dropping; participating in training and serving flights to welcome the Vietnam International Defense Exhibition in 2022 and 2024; flying to celebrate important national holidays; flying for search and rescue, etc.

Recognizing and praising the achievements of the Party Committee of Air Force Regiment 916 in the past term, speaking at the congress, Colonel Nguyen Nhu Khoat requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Air Force Regiment 916 needs to continue to focus on improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and Party members; in all conditions and circumstances, it is necessary to constantly maintain and promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, "Excellent Air Defense - Air Force soldiers", firmly entering the new era.

At the congress, many policies and measures were proposed that were close and correct in both theory and practice, so that the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term could lead and direct the officers and soldiers of Air Force Regiment 916 to successfully carry out assigned tasks; especially thoroughly and effectively implementing the "3 breakthroughs" in improving combat readiness, promoting the application of science and technology, digital transformation and military administrative reform; improving the quality of training, focusing on flight training, ensuring flight safety and promoting the improvement of agency building, education, management, law enforcement, discipline, and ensuring safety in all unit activities.

The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Air Force Regiment 916 for the 2025-2030 term and delegates attending the Congress of the Party Committee of Air Force Division 371 introduced themselves to the Congress.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and the delegation to attend the 17th Party Congress of Division 371 with a high number of votes of confidence.
